Ethics

Code of Conduct Policy

Tekton Engineering is committed to the highest standards of ethical and legal conduct.

  • Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. Our anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy is enforced with serious disciplinary measures.
  • No improper payments or gifts. We comply strictly with all laws on payments or gifts to government officials, and every interaction and transaction with them is recorded.
  • Safe to speak up. Vendors and associated individuals can raise concerns confidentially, protected from retaliation for whistleblowing in good faith.
  • Checks and balances. Decisions are reviewed with division heads and corporate HR, and suspected violations are reported and sanctioned.
